1. 医学图像反问题建模与计算：图像配准、分割、盲去模糊相关的变分反问题建模、分析与计算；

2. 人工智能中的数学理论与方法：确定性机理与深度学习融合的医学图像处理方法，探讨相关深度学习网络的可解释性和小样本学习难题。
